Well whether you have a piece of inherited jewellery not to your liking, or had a piece of jewellery for years and now your tastes change I can turn it into a new jewel. Often the old gold can be melted down to create a new jewel with the original gemstones, therefore keeping the original sentimentality. It just took a different form, that is all.
