The Jennifer House Jewellery bespoke jewellery journey begins with a consultation with the Creative Director and your jewellery designer, discussing initial thoughts, concepts and budget; looking at creative and innovative angles from your inspiration. We continue to encourage further exploration of your ideas and concepts for the jewellery designs, Pinterest is a great tool for this. When offering a bespoke service, it preferable to meet face to face, so we can capture your true essence and vision, but with busy lives and global travel, this is sometimes not possible. We are happy to hold consultations via video conferencing with our clients overseas or outside of the UK. Once a concept has been defined, designing begins until we fully capture the personalised vision. With a finalised jewellery design, a quote will be presented.

Your story and involvement doesn’t stop at choosing a jewellery design, we source and select a number of high quality gemstones to inspire you such as the use of ethically sourced and traceable Canada Mark diamonds. One vibrant stone above another will always draw you in, it is ultimately your choice. At that point we would ask for a 50% deposit to start the creation.

We use a mix of the latest technologies, highest quality sustainable metals and ethical gemstones in our custom jewels.   All of our bespoke jewellery is handmade in the UK by our master goldsmiths. During the goldsmithing process, we keep you a part of the journey with photos to ensure you will love your piece on completion. The Bespoke jewellery journey normally takes 6 weeks, but we have made items within a week depending on design.

After the colourful jewels have been lovingly handmade in the UK we take great pleasure in revealing the custom jewel in front of you as we love seeing the expression on our client’s face when they see their vision turned into reality. However, if it’s an overseas commission, we can securely ship your precious piece.

To frame the bespoke jewellery beautifully, your modern day heirloom is presented in elegant sustainable packaging. It is only once the custom jewel is completed we ask for the final balance payment.
